Today’s post is a little different. Last year I Today’s post is a little different. Last year I attempted 75 hard and ended up quitting half way through when I got sick. BUT last week I completed my 75 days. This was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. The tasks themselves not so much, but making sure my mind was in the right place and forcing myself to make time was the struggle. . . I finished 4 books and started 1 right at the end. Iron cowboy was one of the greatest books I have read in ages. . 75+ gallons of water, 150 workouts . I tracked macros, but I also gave up all added sugar, desserts, and anything that would be classified as a “treat” . I lost a collective 15.8 pounds and inches . I wasn’t going to share, but I figured someone somewhere was debating on doing it. Best advice is just to start. If you can win a mental battle, you can do anything. Who is making these Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls today Who is making these Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls today?? Perfect snack for game day. . . Recipe - 8 oz of chicken breast, 1 can of hatch chilis, 1 tbsp of smoked paprika, 1 cup of hot sauce, 4 oz of cream cheese, 1 cup of sharp cheddar, salt and pepper, egg roll wrappers. Ranch for dipping. Directions- in a slow cooker drop in the chicken, hot sauce, cheeses, and chilis. Cook for 2 hours on high. Shred the chicken and stir everything. Season with smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Let cool slightly then roll 2 tbsp of filling into egg roll wrappers. You can bake them or fry.
